Tailored Training

Onboard Training

After initial evaluation of the yachts interior technical specification, Dawn will provide your crew with bespoke onboard theory & practical training:

  • Teaching crew the components of their interior 
  • How to prevent damage 
  • Cleaning recommendations & how to maintain the yachts interior to the highest standards required in the superyacht industry
  • Crew will be trained how to carry out touch up & repairs to wood & varnish
  • Observations & recommendations will be made to the areas where attention is required
  • During the training course, together with the Chief Steward(ess), we will go through the cleaning products on board to ensure suitability.  

Training Guide

The purpose of this training guide is to reinforce the onboard training carried out with the Chief Steward(ess). With the description & information provided both onboard & within the tailored guide, it will assist the Chief Steward(ess) to train your interior team. It will provide them with the knowledge of what the main materials of the interior are & how to maintain them: 

  • Material & description
  • Locations where used onboard
  • Origin & characteristics
  • Finish
  • Maintenance & cleaning
  • Observations & recommendations
